RADON MITIGATION SYSTEM WARRANTY

Integrity Radon Control, LLC. Guarantees that the annual average radon level in your home will not exceed 3.9 pCi/L for a seven year time period, beginning on the date of installation. If a radon level is found to be elevated by a third party test, Integrity Radon Control, LLC. Will conduct our own test, in accordance to EPA protocol, using a continuous monitor, at no additional charge to you. If our tests are elevated, labor and material necessary to lower the radon levels to 3.9pCi/L or below will be furnished at no additional charge to you. It is the homeowners responsibility to purchase third party radon tests. This portion of the warranty is voided if there are structural additions made to the property.

Integrity Radon Control, LLC. also warrants the material and workmanship for a period of five years, starting with the date of installation. The fan and its components are covered to the extent of the manufacturers warranty. Integrity Radon Control, LLC. Will provide all labor and material necessary to repair of replace material failures or errors in workmanship at no additional cost. Furthermore, in case of a mechanical failure, we will furnish an additional radon test, according to EPA standards, with a continuous monitor, at no additional charge. This warranty excludes damage caused by fires, floods, storm, wind damage, or "act of God."

Integrity Radon Control, LLC. is not responsible for existing or new mold or fungi issues discovered after a radon system has been installed.
